I won the first challenge, then spent 200 galasilver to remove malus and won the 2nd challenge and it said connection error. I left with nothing. My in total 220 galasilver gone. I see only the first challenge's price/key.

Had a similar issue, where my page froze after removing the malus and I had to refresh it. 200 silver gone, but malus was reset from 10 to 14.
In the case of a server or connection issue, IG should immediately refund the silver as well as give the same challenge again, instead skipping right to the next one.

Yeah it's frustrating and it's more frustrating to see it happens a lot. I totally agree. IG should do that.

They open at a similar time each day. I currently live in Poland, so it's GMT+1, and the challenges start somewhere between 11-12 am.

There was a time when the challenges were open less than one hour a day (and sometimes not at all), and i used an extension for Chrome that blinked when the page changed. It might not work anymore though, as there was no header then, i think, so it would now detect the change of galasilver every hour. My Chrome has been wiped since, so i had to reinstall everything and i don't have it anymore, but it can be found easily i think, if you want to try it.

It is good challenges are open more now, thank you but I prefer to have email notification so I can have notification on mobile too. Anyway it is not so important If I connect at the same hour usually I find them open, I was asking just for curiosity

It is open but it is stuck in "Fetching user data", i guess for everyone as there is nobody on the leaderboards.

Edit: seems fixed now. Edit: but works weird. Edit: probably not fixed xD .

If i am not wrong it sometimes required galacredit to play, so i guess is just an old not-updated message.

And yeah, as valike13 said, there is something wrong with the challenges.

For my timezone it is usually open from 17:00 pm to 05:00 am. I usually wake up at 05:00 and get on around 05:30 and challenge are closed aha. I am GMT+8 btw. How I noticed it closes at 5 am was some people posting in other thread around that time so I am assuming it was open then..

Same here: getting "You don't have enough Galacredits" error when I click the "Challenge" button or right after the pre-game countdown. It managed to work two times and after the second attempt it gave me a connection error.
