Just worked for a couple of runs and now it's not giving me the reward and loading the page in another tab gives me "Secure Connection Failed" somewhat unsurprisingly. What is even going on there?

Same here, i have a tab with an unfinished challenge just to see if i get any message, but have passed more than 5mins easily .
Reading your comments this seems not easy to fix, so we have to keep waiting .

I also left the tab open - not expecting anything, just kinda curious
Judging by Nexus Prime24's post describing similar symptoms, seems like it's been going on and off the whole day, so to get anything you have to be lucky enough to catch it when it works to start playing and then be lucky enough for it to still work once you finish

same here worked for one run then I had that message. I though the site was hacked or something ahha

Yesterday it worked after reset right ? Maybe we can expect the same today hopefully

Came back to see the challenges page loading once again... and it tells me I don't have galacredits, checking the pre-challenge page - yep, it's off at the moment
I guess today was a wash, we'll see if the game feels better tomorrow.

Nah, if it's been longer than 5 minutes, I'd say there's no chance the reward will arrive. I played two full sets just now and everything worked like before (including broken timer).

Got stuck with Fentching user data screen, but won one key today

seems this is happening before and after daily reset. could it be closed, but in a bugged way? I assume today is over.

Won a challenge, got an error message, no key but the malus was increased. So, it's still in bad shape. (but not all the time, i won one a minute before)

Improve the "fetching user data". It's just stuck at that. I don't get why sometimes it just does nothing at all. Like today, I have been trying to do challenge for the last 3 hours and I still can't play it.

I just played it, and managed to win a key without an error message this time, so in addition to the strange things happening sometimes on the server, there is an issue on your side too. Have you tried on another browser ?

I tried in a different browser. Still stuck at fetching user data. At this point, it would be easier to just give me the user data and I would type in to start the challenge.

Has any IG staff acknowledged there's a problem? Are any reading this?
