I marked Greenland as the largest island - and I got it registered as false. Also, I picked China in the later question - but apparently nobody got it marked as correct as the number of players selecting it had been zero; just like with any other of the given options for that question. They all had a 0 as number of times being selected.

Well, I haven't experienced this crap in a while, I guess it's my time now:

530 points. So if the points go 10,20,30... that means the first question only glitched visually and the second question didn't count?

I had visual glitch happens on question #4 (Largest country in South America) - picked Brazil but had it show as if I got wrong answer. Though in the end I got my prize.
As for China (that was question #8) - I saw that glitch too. Though I'd say that those numbers most of the time don't adds up - usually number of players shown is significantly larger than number of answers picked combined (according to shown statistics).

Buged quiz today, clicked the first (Earth) and the second (false for spanish) answer both turned to white as selected (and correct) and registerd as I didn't answer them and the 7th question showed 0 for all answers. From the points that I got 530, I'm guessing that the first one was chosen as right answer and the second one wasn't chosen at all. Seriously mad at it now, specially when I answserd everything and correct at that.

Same here with Question 2, answered False to "True or False: Spanish is the language most commonly spoken in Brazil" and had the same kind of visual glitch as FreaKill above had with Question 1,

with the picked (correct) answer highlighted green, the rest red and the question tally counter above being a red X.

Upd: didn't make it clear that this complication wasn't just cosmetic, the question (Q2 in my case) was evaluated by the quiz as answered incorrectly and I got 530 pts instead of the deserved victory (550 pts and the GC prize).

The chemistry quiz was the very first one where I didn't just encounter the visual glitch - I've got this one in every second quiz - but a full-blown error where a correct answer didn't get registered in the end. Then again, today everything was perfect for me (apart from question #8 where all answers had a player count of 0). I guess, it'll be everyone's turn once in a while.

This reminded me: I keep forgetting to write to support about getting my reward for that quiz that bugged out at calculating results for everyone. Do I write to support@indiegala.com ( customer support only ) or contact@indiegala.com ( anything else, INCLUDING customer support )?

I wrote to support a couple times over a number of weeks, then to both, most recently to support again and a couple days ago they'd finally adjusted my GC balance, setting it straight in regard of the several quizzes where I got passed over due to technical issues (most commonly an infinite spinner at "Calculating results" after the quiz). So to answer your question, perseverance is key, and support should be enough to rectify this matter.

Few tips(more like my guesses) that I have for playing a glitch free quiz(I still face visual UI glitches but don't miss any points)-
1. Have a decent and stable internet connection. Make sure nothing else is hogging your bandwidth. The quiz runs dynamically so needs a constant reliable connection for it to run properly.
2. Use Chrome. I have nothing against other browsers but Chrome is simply the most used browser and therefore also the one that is usually the most thoroughly tested by devs.
3. Do not refresh the page when the browser runs down to 0 and the quiz doesn't start immediately. It sometimes takes a few seconds for the quiz to sync and start, if you refresh at that time you risk missing the first question. Also try to refresh the quiz once around 10-15 mins before start(I don't think this helps).
4. Don't switch tabs while playing the quiz.

Again, I am not sure if any of the points above really do help but thats what I do everytime and haven't lost any points when I started doing these.

Me too, wrote first contact but nothing then Mr. Gentleman gave Support one and i tried it, but somehow didnt worked, dont know if it was going trough, tried it 2 times. Its almost a Week already, since i wrote them first and now i tried it again and it seems, now worked. It shows me aas sent. Well, we see what i get back.

At least for me. Chemistry/Science, History and Geography is not my thing. Im to dumb for that.
I can get with much luck, some Points. But winning here is no Way. Or yes, if i have very much luck. ;-)

Are you checking the hint for the theme, and playing headhunter before the quiz? That can help a lot, and while you do the research you end up learning in the end, rather than simply participating in a quiz to win galacredits.

Not with that attitude they're not. I enjoyed the last few quizzes because they gave me a reason to open Wikipedia and do some research. If you asked me anything about the Periodic Table of Elements - I still couldn't answer most of it... But I know that I've read it.

I cant play Headhunter here, its not working. I have a very bad PC, old System. So not all is working here at all. So nothing with hints, since they put the Game in.

And research, yeah, sometimes, but i cant keep everything in my Brain. Forget all very fast, im not good in keep it in. ;-)

I could bite in my Ass. Got 3 Questions wrong, all others i had right and that to my Suprise. Really know nothing but still, i got some right. But sadly didnt helped, the Luck was not that much, what i had.

With the Penguins i had false, then i choosed Denmark in other Question with the Border Question and also i choosed United States with more Capitals.

Sadly, it was wrong.

ok, this is a bit frustrating.

In each grand prize runs there are 2-3 quiz where i not getting the prize, i answer it correctly still it shows as i answered the wrong one.
It happened again today, the first question was correct answer, i answered Amazonas River and still the system not counted, it happened also on last saturday, there was another during this grand prize run when the result process not ended and not received price.

I spend a lot on indiegala so iam not just the usual "only here for free money" type and i like these kind of quizes but it is now very insulting that from 3 correct quiz i get reward only twice as during 33% of the quizes one of the correct answer still marked as false.

Either close the quiz and never do it again or fix it.

Edit: i not reported last saturday and previous times as i wasnt able to log in to the new forum for ages, it always showed some error.

Happens to me from time to time. Deleting the browser history usually does the trick for me.
