You have both of these screenshots. Instead of complaining, mail these and a message to support and you'll get the prize. I have done this 3 times already, and each time I got a response and the money within 48 hours.
Exactly the same thing happened to me. 520 points and no prize. It's unfair to those who didn't have the bug.Same here, got all correct, but actual error on #3.

There were 92 winners sharing $100, so they got $100/92 = $1.08695... ≈ $1.09
I'm pretty sure this "drama" is for the $100/93 = 1.075268... ≈ $1.08 (rounding should go down to prevent the prize pool increasing, by the way!) the poster themself lost. Personally, I'm way more interested in the points and undying fame, but I can relate to all four sides of this quarrel.

However, I (maybe someone) usually play the quiz on my phone/iPad, so it's difficult to save a screenshot for each answer every time. Also, it's too much efforts for a small reward ($25 from previous quizzes) if there are over 100 winners....The quiz is for entertaining purpose and getting rewards, not for sending mails to get compensation. The only concern is if they can fix this bug, then everyone will be happy

And mind you, that's only half the screenshots I took; I take screenshots of the questions themselves for logging-purposes, and of my selected answer before the answer is confirmed.
...and if a bug occurs, I take yet an additional screenshot.
There's ample time to take the screenshots.
(The same can't always be said in regards of actually reading the questions though...)

Same old hints, same old questions, brand new answers!
No tricks, same old same old, had some technical issues today on my side which kept me from making a new one, but all is fixed now. As for the quiz itself...well, I hope that the infamous not counting bug will not occur and everyone will get their fair share. Good luck!
