And really - I didn't even know about that "custom" even though I lived in US for 20 years now. Maybe because I don't normally wear white - try to when you running around with little kids and don't want to look like you are a hobo... now "practical clothes" are just a habit.

Oh well.... It's only 20 points and a petty $0.57 anyway. I've missed out on larger prizes in the past. Nothing to burn down the village about....
(Would've been far mroe annoying if it was at a later question, with more points at stake.)


Technical notes: Significant delay on Q1 (as usual), though also a slight delay for each of the questions' results. Then again, this might be due to my own connection as well, as it currently feels a bit sluggish; things that normally insta-load takes a few seconds. (Probably some static in the tubes.)


Edit: Such answering-options can be truly evil to those who are dyslectic... I myself am not dyslectic, but it can really ruin someone's day if a mental disorder is the cause behind a wrong answer, rather than lack of knowledge.

BTW, lost my notes from the first time and did research again. For "Summer and a nice year" went all the way through Nixon, Woodstock, songs and TV show releases of 1969; patents of 1869; down to Napoleon's birthday... Decided to stop there - was running out of space on screen.

I might be over-researching lately, but quizmaster did a good job conditioning us with vague hints, ambiguous questions, and multiple "right" answers.
