Really? I always get my galacredits when I write to support (but never points). That seems strange. Don't forget to also send a screenshot of all the other questions being correct (I mean just the green ticks), support told me this is necessary

Since the prize is too small, I don't bother the support anymore. The old time where we can at least get up to $1 per quiz then maybe

So I got hit by the usual bug (again!) where the right answer got marked wrong, but this time it didn't count it anyway (notice the 540 pts at the end).
And I was doing so well too...
Hopefully they can help me.

I don't think that Indiegala understand how much of a big problem is not being able to reach customer support, what if I want to purchase a game with my credit card, and something goes wrong ? I don't even care anymore about the quiz or the credits , I just wanna know why my emails a month ago and now went unaswered , try every other gaming site , you will get an automated response immediately , I am so disappointed.

Did you get your reward yet? I wrote to support and got the automated response immediately after the quiz and still haven't received anything.

No nothing, had to send three emails, third one received response , also contacted Paula on site personally , she saw my screenshots but no response from her either.I will let you know if my issue is resolved, if its not resolved in monday , I think we can kiss our galacredits goodbye.

The fact it was August in all birthdays saved my ass , because I missread the first hint ( I thought it was astronaut) so I had miss Sally Kristen Ride in my notes luckily I noticed that everyone was born in August except for her, then Maria Mitchell came to the rescue

Today I had the same issue with the first question, again. I chose the correct answer (August 1, 1818), it showed an X as if I had chosen the wrong answer (plus it showed 3 red answers and a green one, I think this usually doesn't happen if you make a mistake) but at least this time I did get the reward at the end.
On Thursday I had this issue with the first 2 questions, plus the third one didn't even show up. No reward.
