I sent a message through e-mail but could not get a response as far as ı am aware. (The message file is in the attachments)
The problems that I wrote about were not fixed, and I still can not create giveaways again for deleted ones.

Makes it kind of hard when you email support describing how you can't log in on any device using username/password or Google authentication or Facebook, get one response that simply says "We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again now and let us know" and then you're absolutely ghosted for the next nine days. I bought a game on black Friday and I haven't even been able to add it to Steam because it wasn't sent to my email and I can't log in. How DO I get actual support?

Nothing's changed. Let's go over the timeline:

11/25/2022: I paid for an "instant delivery" digital product. Login is not working.
11/26/2022: I email support, asking for help
11/28/2022: I'm told "try again." No attempts to troubleshoot, no advice to do anything else, no "we found there problem, here's what we did" just "hey, you know that thing you keep trying over and over without any change? Try that again."
11/28/2022: I try again. Nothing has changed, and I respond to my ticket with that.
11/29/2022-12/8/2022: 9 days go by. No response on my support ticket. I make a post here.
12/9/2022-12/13/2022: No response anywhere.
12/14/2022: Once again, after three weeks of trying the same thing every day, over and over, your idea is..."hey, try it again." Is that the only things you guys ever suggest?

I'm going to say the same thing here that I just sent to my support ticket: refund my money. This is completely insane. I'm never buying from this store again.

I just purchased a game and the steam key review keeps saying "Sorry, unfortunately something unexpected happened. Please retry later." I sent a email in for help and posted on Discord. No reply. Not a great first experience with this site. Please help.
