Makes it kind of hard when you email support describing how you can't log in on any device using username/password or Google authentication or Facebook, get one response that simply says "We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again now and let us know" and then you're absolutely ghosted for the next nine days. I bought a game on black Friday and I haven't even been able to add it to Steam because it wasn't sent to my email and I can't log in. How DO I get actual support?
