In the last month the Giveaway section got flooded of 80-160 coins games to get level fast, and even users that where legitimate until some time ago ended up spamming them by the dozens, nothing will be done about it.
There is only one way, not posting any more legitimate giveaway until every one that have used those games more than 3-4 times will be purged or leveld down (some legit user can have won and reused them).
I don't really mind the ones worth 20-30 coins if they are used on the last few levels, it's actually the only way to reach level 10 without becoming broke, but at least you need to put some effort for some time.
I also used games like "My Sweet Ants!" to do level 9 and 10, i needed more than 1000 keys made on givaways in the span of different months to not completely cludtter the site, it was a little ordeal, but at least a lot of users got them, before i spent probably some thousands dollars of legitimate games to get to level 8.
Those 160 keys are broen and give even more experience that what they have, you can see users with 40-60 keys already at level 7-8 and they use ONLY those key and at max some games that they get here and don't want.

I apologize. Honestly I haven't been watching any of this in a few years. I mean if the owners want I can go back to it. Just seems the person I used to deal with disappeared so I kinda did also .

Pretty sure there's zero moderation on the GAs. So no real point. They definitely don't stop any of them before they end. It's pretty much left up to feedback. Most people don't leave feedback, and even those that do often leave incorrect feedback.

But, is he REALLY banned?
Cause i have seen differnet users "TRADES / GIVEAWAYS BANNED" that where still making giveaways (and probably participating too).
EDIT: If anyone win those giveaways leave a negative feedback and write me a message with the giveaway link, i'll give you a little game from my extra keys (they are limited and i give them in other places too so is first come first served).
This will be related to you're reputation\level, if you are, like, level 6 at a low number of positive feedbacks i will reserve myself the right to blatantly ignore you're messages.

Hi, I didnt do fake giveaways, i put in the description that those were demo keys
I was out of for over a year, so i had them saved for this time long and i came back to IG days ago, didn't remember the rules (and there were none when i put them for giveaway :/ )
I just wanted to give the keys since no one wanted them on my trade post (where it was specified they were free to keep) and the demos for those games aren't on steam anymore
Sorry for that :/ maybe IG should put a rule on the page we create the giveaways specifying that demo keys aren't allowed

Evidently the ban allows them to still Make/Create giveaways, but not Enter/Participate in them.
Yeah, very stupid IMHO because it is an unnecessary waste of paid bandwidth and tax on IG's servers.
A. I didn't accuse you of fake giveaways, just giveaways that are against the rules I've been told by @paula
B. They're still demo versions of the games, which mean that you're getting the FULL experience points for PART of the games.
C. There's a code drop thread here (linked to the most recent page of the thread as of writing this) that those can be given in.
D. If you don't want to catch crap for bad giveaways, stick to the following guidelines:
1. No Alpha/Beta/Demo/Playtesting/Trial keys are allowed to be used to create giveaways.
2. Do not start giveaways for games/DLC that are free to acquire on Steam/GOG/etc. (Unless it's a free Steam game that also drops trading cards)
3. Do not label your giveaway for one game, but give away a code for a different game.
4. Do not start giveaways for games/DLC that obviously don't/won't have valid keys in existence. (This game, and this DLC are examples)
5. Do not use keys for in-game items (redeemed through a specific game's store) to create giveaways.
6. Do not start giveaways with fake or already redeemed keys.
7. Giveaways are supposed to be only for Steam keys, but most people won't make a fuss if the key redeems elsewhere. (But you can still receive a negative feedback if the winner was expecting a Steam key)
And on a side-note:
8. Remember to leave feedback for giveaways you win asap. (The giveaway host/owner will really appreciate you for it)

Thank you to giving us effective evidence of this, my decision to not make any more giveaways is completely confirmed now, i prefer to give games for free that to fedd peples like that.
