Report Giveaways Here

My gripe as of late is
1) Very difficult to get correct link for banning users from giveaways
They should just require everyone to link to valid / level capped Steam Users and use that instead.
2) Rampant abuse that makes the banlist almost useless.
I feel as though 25 total bans at my current level is a poor substitute for better management.
1) if you wanna ban a giveaway creator (as opposed to a winner, whose trade link you should have directly from your library) here is a way to do that: if you have the link to the shady giveaway for example https://www.indiegala.com/giveaways/card/facerig-studio-for-individual-vtubers-wlive2d/674863, then all you need to do is copy the number at the end (here it's 674863) and change the URL format into this: Join now and take part in over 500 Steam games giveaways! - you can use the same URL all the time, just change the number. it will take you to a weird alternative IG website (not the technical type, so no idea what the purpose is and I hope I'm not breaking any rules with this) where you can click on the name of the creater and it will give you their profile link in that alternative format like this: IndieGala | Buy PC Games, Steam Keys, Bundles, Steam downloads so all you have to do is copy the last part with digits/letters (f87682284cc011eb9458011af12635da) and transform into the new format that allows you to ban them like so https://www.indiegala.com/trades/user/f87682284cc011eb9458011af12635da --> now you can succesfully ban somebody

2) completely agree, the list should have infinite space, I doubt anybody is eager to level up solely to have more space in blacklist, this shold not be treated like a reward (though I understand why it exists like this)

very sad to report myself to all of you

I created the giveaway 10 days ago, the durartion is for 20 more days. I was doing some cleaning in my database and realized I must have put an already used key in the giveaway. Very sorry for all who entered, as it is very expensive

Please, to the winner of this giveaway, contact me and I'll give you a list of games to choose from, may even provide 2 of your choice to compensate for the offense.

Again, very sorry to have messed up my database entires :(

PS: does anybody know, if I email support and say I messed up, will they cancel my giveaway or is this not what they do? should I just leave it and scam the winner?

thank you for your advice, I wrote an email to support with the link and asked them to kindly remove it, since the price is so high. Don't know if this has ever happened before, so not sure what the procedure looks like, hopefully they will remove it
I'd like to thank @paula for closing my giveaway on such a short notice, I appreciate it. (it's still visible on the giveaway page, but it doesn't appear in my active giveaways in my library anymore)

...
The latter two rules are to limit what accounts that belong to a bot/alt horde like julian-bueno can reliably do.
Is this confirmed that the user is a bot? Does anyone else have anything (good or bad) to say about that account (or at least provide the link to their steam profile, because it's not even available on his IG user profile)
I just got my very first negative giveaway feedback (after a good streak of 90 positive ones) from him/it and would like to know, whether or not other people got such treatment from that particular user, and if he can be reported on for possibly intentional abuse of feedback system to ruin others' trust rate? (also, if all above is confirmed, to delete the negative giveaway feedback)

Thanks in advance.

Just an FYI, I sent in a support ticket, but wanted to warn users.

It appears giveaways are being incorrectly attributed to users in the forum threads.
I tried to warn users about this giveaway offering DLC as the full game:

However, upon doing so, it generated a forum thread stating I initiated the giveaway, which clearly didn't: FUSER

Be careful everyone!

i've seen this yesterday with the tomb raider GA (was questioning myself when i saw the same thing today for a different GA, i was about to report the users for multi accounts)
nice find with the FUSER GA, i entered it blindly !!

I have it already so can't see if it's still possible to add it to account
Not through Steam, obviously (that would defeat the purpose of the naughty little marketing / mind trick the devs are trying to pull by giving away free keys... for a demo).
People could try to use "Install" button from Prologue's steamdb page.

HB key allows to get it on account - that's how I've got mine. I just wasn't sure Steam page still works or not since I can't see the button there.

Business as usual with daedalic games bug and suspicious accounts all around ready to get their level to the moon

There were more of them, but I forgot to mark them earlier and they're already gone

Does indiegala really do nothing about these obvious scammers with multiple accounts? They explicitly forbid multiple accounts. It would be trivial to detect these. I am also frankly surprised that anyone bids on them, since if you see a ton of the same high priced game posted by the same person it probably is fake. Here are a bunch more, I may have missed some in the mass amount of copying and pasting.
