Your votes please ...
Just noticed:
All by Patusanja gamehag.com. "Patusanja gamehag.com"
.....
What do you think?
A. Yeah, this guy wins many games.
B. No, he is the director of a software firm.
C. Better he has triple accounts to get the death-train games.
D. My guess, something fishy is going on...
E. Some of the above.
F. All of the above...
if i"m remembering well, you can those keys by playing the tutorial of a mobile game...this guy just create multiple accounts for grabbing some keys...the keys by themselves should be ok

I would guess "A" without further evidence otherwise. I got like 6 Space Hack keys from the IndieGala spring sale, I've had at least a half dozen Dungeons 2 keys as bonuses from greenmangaming.com's "Best Ever Sale". Duplicates abound, so it wouldn't shock me if someone won 3 keys for the same game at gamehag.com (if they started posting dozens of giveaways for the same game then definitely "C" or "D" would be my choices).

As I'm sure you're all aware, the "Surviving Mars: Digital Deluxe Edition" is free on humble bundle right now.
Feel free to save your entries unless you need an extra copy. No real need to enter.

EDIT: It looks like their algorithm is adjusting the price as it was 24 and now 20 ig points.
However, what they really need to do is put a max on it if they are going to allow that many copies to float around at a single time. It's pretty absurd, considering they are just recycling a freebie from elsewhere.

This is true. Plus the keys don't last forever: they have an expiration date

The base game is coming up as 24 silver, the deluxe edition which includes the base game and the deluxe upgrade DLC is only 20 silver. The Deluxe Edition does, of course, cost more than the base game alone, there aren't any sales or anything. Whatever the IG algorithm is doing now to calculate price is very, very broken.

That's how it used to be, but it appears that due to the lack of moderation that it'll be near impossible to enforce.
Hasn't been that way for at least a year now it seems, so it's why the IG giveaways have been a huge mess.

As said 51Zeph4Sure that was the case but:
  1. Indiegala never bothered to cut abuses on freebies, Steamgifts cut value to 0 for the creator in such case
  2. The feedback system is useless, one mail to support and you're back, lots of people don't use it or gives wrong feedback
  3. I never saw it writen on giveaway rules, only a moderator on the forum
  4. The only moderation was 2-3 people removing manually obvious fakes (those at 192 Is) and the ones reported here
last time I came here the only one left was busy irl
  5. Your blacklist is too limited if you whant to block idlers/multiaccounters

🤦‍♂️

Wow who would accidentally purchase such an expensive title at least three times? Well thanks for sharing rather than seeking a refund, right?
Well.. The base title cost so much that most will not buy them and I doubt they have every been on sale/bundle before.. Thus without most winners being able to truly verify the legitimacy of the DLC keys they will just probably get a good review rather than a bad.. And thus level up easily by using this exploit.. Nothing can be done about them yet which is of course very unfortunate.. :cautious:

I know I can at least check whether a key is for the valid title as claimed. However I'm not sure if the system will tell you whether the key has already been used or not for people who don't own the base software. I've emailed the staff about this issue previously, could you perhaps do so as well? As far as I see it, IndieGala should at least be able to check with Steam that the keys being traded are valid and not previously activated, and whether the same key has been given away multiple times etc.

Oh and in the meantime can't IndieGala ban/block this FaceRig DLC from being used in giveaways until there's a reliable way to detect scammers?

i'm afraid indiegala just don"t have enough employees for addressing these problems
