He even have trade ban on steam, which proves a lot and to be avoided.

It really sucks there's no way to make these accounts really banned since they always change accounts anyway, there's no real repercussion and they know it, and that's exactly why they still do it. Sure, some kid scammer can get tons of items that way but it's easy for steam to trade ban him and lose all the items, but they can still scam other people or just create another account to start again.

If they know what they're doing they can scam you, shark you, dox you, you name it, all that in a way that they can't get caught and that's it, they continue doing it knowing they have the advantage of not doing anything. I know a lot of people with high reputation that know how to avoid conseguences, reports don't do much against high level profile users for some reason.

We can only prevent some people getting the short end of the stick, but there's no way we can stop people from doing those actions.

Azure is the one for moderating posts.
Paula is the most active in removing fake giveaways.
(This is according to Jer7cho in an earlier post.)
And yes, let us plead here again for community moderators.

And it looks like he's back, now with a different user name and PFP, coopted from a legit trader (MrAwesomeFalcon, a.k.a. Falc) on other trading sites.

The scammer's broken trade profile link, which'll hopefully be restored by IndieGala EVENTUALLY:

The scammer is linking to the real trader's wishlist in each trade post, but I don't believe that's actually the scammer's own Steam profile he's linking to.

Until IndieGala fixes their goddamned site, I would like to encourage everyone using the trades section (both trade posters, and responding offerers), to always post a reply to each trade post you're involved in, confirming that you're the one posting the trade, or that you're the one making an offer. With trade profile pages being AWOL, scammers can impersonate anyone with their usernames and profile pics, but it'd be more difficult to impersonate the +REP displayed next to trade comments, e.g., "Curtainferno (+ 33)". They would first need to build up their rep using fake trades with alt accounts (which... they'll probably do, shortly).

Really, best to avoid the Trades section altogether until IndieGala gets their shit together (i.e., when πŸ‘Ώ becomes πŸ₯Άβ›„).

Edit:
Oh, another thing folks could do, if you really wanna continue using IndieGala's system:
Post your trade ID somewhere on the forums here (e.g., mine is 0772a24fdb1511e99e9e8f68f56a2335), so that traders can match it up against the trade IDs of folks making trade posts or offers in the Trades section of the site. Those can't be impersonated (I hope).

Made himself 5 accounts to make his rep positive and then commented himself.

Yep, total scammer. He's still trying to trade me fake steam keys. What an a-hole this guy is.
