Everyone else: I think it takes a while for games to show up because they wait for payment to be cleared at their end (??) It took 5 days for the games to show up in my bundles list.

just language barrier here, nothing rude - "control" and "check" are the same word (or worse, are false friends) in many (many, many) languages, this was 100% meant to tell you "please check your library". It can be difficult for non-native speakers to tell apart when "control" and when "check" should be used

I bought a bundle today and went to get the keys to activate as well as to use some bundles from earlier in the year I had not activated yet and all have gone, nothing from all the years I have been buying bundles, "Your bundle list is actually empty.", hopefully they will be back soon

It happens from time to time. Log back in a few hours time and it usually resolves.
