Would it be possible to know why sometimes our bundles disappear (like right now), and then everything reappears suddenly ? I'm not anxious about losing my bundles, because it happens often and is resolved quickly, but it's really mysterious...

can't access my bundles and gift links, nothing seems to be working. Hundreds of bundles I bought or got through gift links over the years are all gone. This is going to be fixed right?
