Hi, I'm new to this forum, but been playing the gameplay giveaway for more than a year. Now, since a few weeks I have this problem when I click on play button from the menu, it goes to a loop of the charging advice and never changes the screen to the game, in consequence I haven't been able to play, just like the pic I put here. If anyone could help me to know whats going on with this, and figure out a way to solve the issue, I'd really appreciate it

Will everyone get their Feudalife accounts reset? Since some people needed theirs to be reset to play the challenge recently and lost all their gold, this would be the fairest option if its gonna be used for "a bigger plan".

I kinda assumed this already happened, because I did not have any issues and my Gold coins got reset to 0 about 2-3 days ago and I saw a few other people mention this, so hopefully it was a site-wide reset for everybody

EDIT: btw if somebody could tell me what they did with their extra keys from the "generosity bug" back on 28th December, I'd be grateful, still haven't touched them.... I think I'm gonna redeem them (got 30 extra) to see what they are, replace any that actually get bound to my Steam with other keys and give those 30 away, they are not mine after all

Sounds like you also need to get your account reset, some people also got stuck on "Please Wait..." and it started working after their accounts got reset.

I have it atm , but it will probably go back in few min. this is not the first time this has happened.

Try clearing cookies and cache before you try an account reset. Wouldn't you lose give away levels if your account was "reset"?

Every part of the game is lagging like crazy right now for me, it was even lagging on a white page as the game loaded up. One might think my system was low on resources if not for the fact that such has nothing t do with it, I got plenty of resources. I can't tell if I'm stuck on "fetching user data" because of the bug that causes players to be stuck there, or because that part is super lagging like every other part. With my first try after waiting through alot of lag I got some suspicious activity message and had to reload. Anyone else getting this?

I've been deprived of keys because of bugs a few times, sometimes rather directly. Like the time I won but the game didn't acknowledge it, yet I got malas like I had won. I think it was couldn't connect to server. I think i even got a screenshot of it. I think I sent I support ticket about it and they never got back to me. Does support ever help with such things, give keys that were earned?

The lag went away but it was really hard to win even with zero malas. Finally I squeeked in a victory and go to collect the key and mine as well show the key area as completely empty like I had never won a key ever.

Weird, I haven't been able to load the actual challenge page today or most of yesterday. Is that the same deal that requires account resetting? Cuz I did notice that my coins had gotten reduced to zero earlier as well. *shrug* I know that my browser says I have no cookies in use on the challenge page, but could it be an issue with the cookies on the "/gameplay-giveaway" page?

Missed the dinamic difficulty posts, does that explain why some times it feels slow? Because i understand than difficulty can change on the picking or mining with worse objectives but on some others i feel like i'm doing way too bad and i used to be better . Maybe i'm just having lag xD .

Its not a INDIEGALA account reset, its the feudalife main game save that gets reset.

After playing the challenge for 40 minutes while the targeting in the game is horrible. Randomly jumping off your target without pressing a key or refusing to target anything. Some of the challenges I'd bet a bot couldn't even finish. After grinding through archers that mysteriously disappeared...

And you can see people reporting that the challenge works for them after the reset if you read on for a bit.

That's right. I had my Feudalife account reset, but my Indiegala account remains the same. My giving levels stayed the same.

There are some challenges doable at 12, watering is definitely doable at 12, and so is hoeing.
The challenging ones to do at 12 would be sickling and archers (archers can also be done at 16 and its more challenging).

yes, I agree that at 12 watering, hoeing and archers are doable. unfortunately I no longer think watering is possible at 16, but if you get lucky and the layout/RNG is good for you, both archers and hoeing are also doable at 16, but you must get lucky

I haven't been able to win an archer match yet regardless of the malus. Everything seems to play so differently.
