Try to contact person making the giveaway on steam, if they can give you another key. If no repsonse, then give negative feedback and report to IG support.

Was given for free:

A three-shot spurt of the very same game which SHOULDN'T be a free trial one version by the same user. Let's say I'm not especially convinced. And yes, I know it's now in HB. You may treat this as an observatory notification (...for now):

The biggest problem is even if these above are legit, the 19 of ICs for something you can buy for a less than 1$ is an absurd.
