Remove the malus only work for 1 challenge or is bugged? I lowered it 3 times, but it keeps resetting once the challenge ends and I try again.

Yes it works for only that challange which i dont mind but i think 50silver is too much.

I'm not even gonna bother trying with this magnitude of penalty. Many of the challenges are already impossible to complete at 12 or more malus. 15 malus renders all but 2 challenges impossible. With 15+, I dear say ALL challenges are impossible.

Malus get reset every 24 hours.
Tomorrow you will have malus 0 again. ( unless you don't win more keys meanwhile )

To be clear: you get N seconds of malus FOR EVERY KEY YOU WON IN THE PAST 24 HOURS.
( N may vary according your account's age and loyalty from a minimum of 1 second to a maximum of 5 )
So if you have multiple wins spanned across 24 hours you may wait more than 1 day to have your malus reset to 0.

Plus, the older your account gets and the more activity you make on the platform ( like for example make a purchase on a bundle, or a purchase on the store - but we will add also non commercial stuff like forum posts or making a giveaway or entering a quiz later - ) you get less malus per win.

Yes. It does. After 24h. We are investigating a possible bug that resets it after the 25th hour but no more than that.

Exactly, malus removal is only for the challenge you play.
Once you get N seconds malus you keep it until 24 hours elapse from your last wins ( and if you keep winning you keep malus )

None of yesterday's maluses reset for me although over 24h elapsed since last win.
Yesterday, a duplicate key again, that makes it 7 out of total 50 I've won so far.

According our db your last win was yesterday at 17.23. ( probably on profile you see it 16.23 ).

You should be able to play at 0 malus once 24 hours + 1 have elapsed, so at 18.23 italian time.
( we need to fix it to make sure it is exactly 24, because actually how it is written it is 24 plus 1 )

About duplicates... those are giveaway keys of several different games ( hundreds ) including some old ones in some cases there may be duplicates due various reasons ( bad mainteinance, devs delivered same batch to different store or simply brute force attack with some keygen if the key format is an old one - this is the most common case - ) .

Then it's wrong time being logged. What about my today's wins from 20 minutes ago?

I see. I figured duplicate percentage was too high for brute force alone.

I paid silver to reduce my malus, but by the next challenge it was back to full again. Is malus reduction supposed to work for only one challenge? If so, 50 silver per second seems like a very steep cost.

It works only for that challenge.

We will consider feedback on malus removal cost.

Looks more like a bug or some visual glitch.
Because is unlikely that you can take a screenshot at zero secs without the popup that shows up at the end.

Same here. I got like 3 already used keys since this promotion started.

There was no pop-up in both cases. There was a corresponding sound and that's all. There were no winning letters too.

The first time i tried the challenge, last week, i had that inconsistent data error. Never received a key for that one either.
